No specific prerequisites are required for this course. We’ll invest in your success at whatever level you choose to invest in your own success! Many people come to us with some form of introductory education around having AIP as a portion of their revenues. This course was born out of the fact that most other classes out there are 3-day introductions. CAPS, SRES, CSA, etc. and after lunches/breaks that is only 18 hours of training.

We’ve been learning improving, honing, and now teaching this for 15 years. We saw the knowledge gap and the lack of real-world small business strategies that were documentable, provable, and measurable with the available courses on the market. We chose to fill that gap, based on our own experience with becoming the known and go-to expert in our own 3-5 county area in the Seattle area.

This course is designed to move-at-your-own-pace. It is easily digestible and implementable at 1-2 trainings per week (each are 25-45 minutes per webinar session). on how much time you want to put into your handouts and homework for implementing the trainings into your own business. It’s up to you how quickly you want to move through this training sequence, but you could complete the certification process in approximately 4-6 months at 90 minutes per week on average. Ultimately, you are in charge of your timeline to completion and certification.

You will receive the ForeverHome^® “AIP Professional” Certification. Our team is working hard in the background to make this known nationally as the go-to advanced training beyond your introduction level CAPS, CSA, SRES, etc. for Builders, OTs, Remodelers, GCs, Architects, Home Designers, and Interior Designers.

Not yet, but we are working on it! We have started discussions related to CEU’s and affiliations that would be interested in adding our courses and certification to their own accreditation offerings. These organizations include, but are not limited to; NAHB (CAPS), AIA (NCARB), NAIPC, AARP, ASA, CSA, NAR (SRES).

To complete your ForeverHome^® “AIP Professional Certificate” you will complete the 12 modules (36 trainings) taking the quizzes in each training, and the exams after each module. When you completed the 36 trainings in all 12 modules, you will need to take and pass a final exam with an 80% or higher score, and you’ll have 3 attempts to do so.

No, you can take the coursework independently from the coaching. The “AIP to ROI Mastery Blueprint Program” coursework of 12 modules and 36 trainings, is the DIY way of learning the knowledge and training at your own pace and on your own timeline. Completing the coursework along with the handouts, training quizzes, and module exams, will lead you to a ForeverHome^® Professional certification & badge. You can purchase the full course, an area of study (3 modules / 9 trainings), a single module (3 trainings) or even a single training within a module. Each of the 36 trainings individually are $197, but the discounts increase with full module, area, or entire training being purchased in a package.

Our coursework is in webinar format online, with our coach teaching the training by video with slide deck presentations. Once you sign up with your name and email, you will be able to access the selected trainings you’ve paid for, with your sign in username and login password.

Yes. Many people start with the coursework, and then decide they want to add the additional coaching program. Once you have any training purchased, you’ll be able to login as a student, and you can add coaching at any level to your cart and checkout, to start that coordination and scheduling for additional guidance and direct access to a ForeverHome^® coach with your own schedule for individual or group coaching, depending on the level you select.
