Therefore, there are cities and counties all across the U.S. that are especially suited to this type of new housing. Women look for connection, socializing, and community among friends. So we're designing (and building with this partnership) everything from single houses that have 4 on-suite rooms with their own bathrooms and desk or sitting area, to 300+ unit developments in 80 targeted cities in most states in the U.S. This product will be able to be built (with modular design and technology) from foundations to "dried in" construction in DAYS, not MONTHS. More EFFICIENT (labor and materials) housing is more AFFORDABLE housing. By taking the manufacturing approach to the major parts of home construction, we can bring to market a home product that can be sold QUICKER, CHEAPER, and solves the most common challenges of the 50+ single female in the areas of financial, medical, and community support systems.
